The 9th NIT-NUU Bilateral Academic Conference 2026
The complete Venue and Transportation Guide for the 9th NIT-NUU Bilateral Academic Conference 2026 is now available. It includes meeting-room locations, registration information, lounge areas, the poster presentation venue, catering arrangements, and the three-day shuttle bus schedule and routes. All participants are requested to download and review the guide before the event.
Important Reminders
- The bus pick-up, drop-off, and meeting point at NUU Bajia Campus is the Main Entrance of the Information Building.
- Registration is located on the second floor of Information Building I1. The white counter is the registration desk, and the entrance to the Bajia International Conference Center is located to its right.
- The poster session will be held at the NUU Arts Center from 1:00 p.m. to 1:50 p.m. All poster presenters must complete poster setup before 11:50 a.m. and ensure that their posters are securely displayed.
- Lunch will be served at the Scenic Restaurant / Louisa Coffee from 12:10 p.m. to 1:50 p.m.

第9屆 NIT-NUU 雙邊學術研討會之完整場地與交通指引現已公告， 內容包含會議場地、報到處、休息室、海報發表地點、餐飲安排， 以及三日接駁車時刻與路線。請所有與會者於活動前下載並詳閱。
重要提醒
- 八甲校區遊覽車上下車及集合地點為 資訊大樓正門。
- 報到處位於資訊大樓 I1 館2樓。 白色櫃台為簽到處；簽到處右側為八甲國際會議中心入口。
- 海報發表地點為聯大藝術中心，發表時間為 13:00–13:50。 請所有海報發表者於當日上午 11:50前完成海報張貼，並確認海報已妥善固定。
- 午餐時間為12:10–13:50，地點為 景觀餐廳／路易莎。
